Teaching fitness classes is my passion! I wake up each day looking forward to my classes and seeing my students. I have my Group Exercise Fitness Certification through ACE, my Personal Training Certification through NASM, and am CPR certified. It is very rewarding for me to help people reach their fitness goals and have fun while doing it. I love what I do and try to pass my enthusiasm on to all of my students. I would love to have you join the fun!

I am a professional dancer that has been dancing since the age of 3. I am the Head Coach/Choreographer for the State and Nationally Ranked competitive Hip Hop Team, HipNotic, located in Altoona, PA. I have been teaching dance since I was 16 years old. I have traveled to Washington, D.C. with Monsters of Hip Hop, taking choreography classes from Kevin Maher, Rhapsody, L.U.A.M, Chonique, Laura Edwards, NappyTabs, BBoy Flowmaster, Marty, Poppin' Pete, and Beyonce's choreographer, Jaquel Knight. Locally, I have choreographed for the Mt. Aloysius Dance team. I am a nurse a Pyramid Healthcare. Join me for DanceLife by LV!

The style of yoga that I teach (Baptiste Power Vinyasa) is an intensely physical practice. However, for me, yoga is more than just a physical practice. Much of what we learn on the mat, like how to tune into our bodies and how to balance effort with ease, an serve us in our everyday lives. I have been practicing yoga since 2007 and earned my 200-hour teaching certification in 2016. I have been fortunate to learn from a number of inspiring teachers around the country, and I aspire to share with you what I have learned about the physical and spiritual practices of yoga with others.

I have 13 years of experience in teaching a variety of fitness programs. Although I may be a familiar face at Groove, I am extremely excited to begin my new journey on the stage for all of you! There is nothing more inspiring than taking a fitness class, working hard, sweating, smiling and most importantly having fun!
Hi, I'm Pam.
Namaste everyone! I've been practicing yoga for 22 years and became certified to teach in 2011. I'm also a Reiki 2 practitioner and am certified to do clinical applications of essential oils. All of these practices have helped me through difficult times. After working at Sears for 28 years, I retired due to health issues. The past 5 years have been spent healing both physically and mentally and adjusting to the new normal for me. I've been teaching at the YMCA for the past 2 years. My intention for this class is to share what I've learned along the way. I am grateful and excited to be part of the Groove family!

Chemical Engineer by career and Zumba enthusiast by heart! I've been loving Zumba as a student for 8 years and I'm so excited to now be teaching as well. Over this past year, Zumba has helped me lose over 100 lbs and I am grateful to have the opportunity to help others meet their weight loss and fitness goals! Can't wait to dance with you!
